Cadence is a recurring task tracker designed for low-friction daily, weekly, and longer-cycle tracking.
- Cadence Standard is the one-time purchase for the core offline app
- Cadence Cloud is the optional subscription for backup, sync, and accountability features
Accounts
To use Cadence Cloud, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In and keep your account secure.
Purchases and subscriptions
- Cadence Standard is purchased upfront through the App Store or Google Play
- Cadence Cloud renews automatically unless canceled in your device settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies
Your content
You retain ownership of the tasks, history, settings, and other data you create. If you use Cadence Cloud, you grant a limited license to store, transmit, and display that data so the service can work.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Cadence for illegal purposes
- Do not attempt to access other users' data
- Do not circumvent payment systems, cloud entitlements, or security measures
- Do not resell or redistribute the app without permission

Cadence is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
